  DPD Local aims to deliver your items within 1 working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) of receiving them from Fanatics Leicester.  Your contact information (email and phone) will be shared with DPD Local so they can notify you of the exact delivery time. You can also amend the delivery time via the links they provide.

Please Note:

We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, missing items or damage to an order, unless notified to us by email within 7 full days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of loss or damage to all or part of a Consignment.

This ensures we have time to raise both internal and external investigations with our warehouse team and/or the responsible courier to have the best chance of a prompt resolution.

Also in the unfortunate event of the loss of a parcel in transit, this allows us to make a successful claim with the courier.

Important information for orders that are outside of the UK.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Fanatics Leicester has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

If upon clearing customs you are subject to these charges, and you decide you no longer want your order, you will be charged any handling and shipping fees that we incur in retrieving your order.
